- Good Faith Statement: A statement confirming that you believe the use of the material is unauthorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy Statement: A declaration that the information in your notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Important Notes
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be held liable for damages. Please ensure your claim is accurate and made in good faith.
